Job Title: Administration & Operations Coordinator
Location: Westminister, London (Remote)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annumThe Role:
Our expansion across multiple global territories means we are seeking a sharp admin & operations coordinator to manage our growing portfolio of clients inc major labels. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of proprietary A&R intelligence to a high volume of international accounts.Key Tasks:Account Management: Primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring high-frequency delivery of briefings.Logistics: Coordinating the secure distribution of reports across various time zones (London, Sydney, Singapore, Mumbai, New York)Vetting Pipeline: Managing client waitlist and onboarding procedures, assisting rigorous client evaluation and processing customer partner requests.Requirements:Capacity: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes client relationships simultaneously.Precision: Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-output environment.Discretion: Experience exercising high confidentiality measures between clients and company data.How to Apply:
